Patch 17.8: Anima nerfs, Morgana gets Conduit, Gnar gets Brawler, and Choncc's Classic Treasure.

• Choncc's Classic TreasureChoncc's Lore & Legends gets a League Classic makeover with classic PvE monsters, Kayle's tribunal, and classic items like Heart of Gold. Goes live shortly after patch deploys.
• Anima Squad Items & Loot Table NerfedThe Annihilator, Iceblast Armor, and Lioness' Lament all take stat cuts; Anima (5) loot table reshuffled — Thief's Gloves and Voyager Emblem removed, new 9 gold and 4-cost options added.
• Morgana Joins ConduitMorgana picks up the Conduit trait, opening new mana-focused board compositions, with a small heal nerf as compensation.
• Gnar Gains Brawler TraitGnar picks up Brawler as a second trait, a preview of his 5-cost identity in the upcoming Enchanted Wilds set.
• Samira Two-Tanky NerfedSamira's passive damage and knockup duration are reduced to make the Two-Tanky Augment combo less of a guaranteed top-four.
• Cosmic Restart Gets More RerollsCosmic Restart now grants 15 rerolls instead of 8, significantly increasing its value.
